1. Who we are

Neurospice & Life is a creative, educational brand founded by two best friends on a mission to celebrate neurodiversity, peel back unfair labels, and challenge stereotypes through conversation, community, and creativity.

Our website is hosted on Systeme.io, our merch is fulfilled via Printify, and payments are securely processed through Stripe.

2. What we offer

We share a mix of:

• Digital content – downloadable guides, resources, and self-paced courses.

• Physical products – merch printed and shipped by Printify.

• Live and recorded events – such as workshops, interviews, and virtual hangouts hosted on Zoom.

• Free community content – like podcasts, newsletters, and social media posts.

3. Payments and pricing

• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian dollars) unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe or via integrated partners (e.g. Printify).

• Prices may change over time, but any updates will always appear clearly before you purchase.

• Your payment details are never stored by us directly.

4. Digital downloads and online courses

• When you purchase a digital item or course, you’ll receive instant access through Systeme.io.

• Because digital products can be copied immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

• If you experience a technical issue (e.g. the file won’t open or the link fails), please email hello@neurospiceandlife.com and we’ll make it right.

5. Workshops and events

• Full details will be included at the time of purchase and may change based on the event.

• Tickets for workshops or online events are valid only for the date(s) specified.

• If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend by emailing us before the event.

• If we need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive the option of a full refund or credit for a future session.

6. Physical products (merch)

• Our merch is printed on demand via Printify and shipped directly to you.

• Because each item is custom-made, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

• Please check sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

• If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it or refund you.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, audio, video, and digital resources — belongs to Neurospice & Life unless otherwise credited.
You may share our public posts and podcast episodes with credit, but please don’t reproduce, resell, or distribute paid materials without permission.

8. Behaviour and community values

Our spaces are neuroaffirming and inclusive.
We ask all participants in workshops, comments, or social spaces to engage with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in removal without refund.

9. Limitation of liability

Our resources and discussions are for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.
Neurospice & Life is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from how information or tools are applied. Always consult a qualified professional for individual advice.

10. Updates to this agreement

We may update this Service Agreement periodically to reflect changes in our offerings or policies. The latest version will always be available on our website.
